Sono stati annunciati, in data 11 febbraio 2023, tutti i vincitori della corporazione di truccatori e acconciatori, premi importanti anche in vista Oscar. Gli Academy Awards verranno consegnato il prossimo 12 marzo, e la scalata alla stagione dei premi prosegue passando per tutte le guild dei premi tecnici e non solo. Puntando a prevedere i vincitori, ecco che Elvis diventa il frontrunner della categoria, poiché il biopic sul cantante statunitense trionfa in due categorie importanti: miglior trucco in un film d’epoca e miglior acconciatura in un film d’epoca.
